Company S is awarded a tender for the construction of a renewable energy park featuring windmills and a field of solar panels.

Since company S has key people still active on another project, they lack certain specific staff for this project.


PROMAN Global detaches

  • a senior construction engineer: on site to organize and follow-up on ground and foundation works for the windmills.

  • a junior administrator: on-site with experience in construction to assist the general Project Manager of company S.

  • a half-time remote junior IT expert to take care of the cloud based IT platform, remote IT support, communications and social media feeds.


Company S will pay a day rate for the above specialists and will be invoiced monthly as follows:

  • senior construction engineer: 800$/day * 23 w. days = 18'400$

  • jr administrator: 400$/day * 23 w.days = 9'200$

  • jr IT expert (half time): 600$/day * 12 w.days = 7'200$

  • transport: 2 flights 450$ * 2 = 900$

  • housing: hotel expenses 120$ * 2 * 30 nights = 7'200$

  • total for the month: = 42'900$
